So, you all know that Mnet Asian Music Awards 2011 just happened in Singapore right, and as a fan girl, obviously I did something crazy. It's my first attempt and first Kpop event, I just started fangirling a while ago.

27Nov2011:

Yep, ELFs in Singapore all got the news that Super Junior would be arriving on that day, flight CI757 at 6:10pm. I set off for the airport at 2 and reached at 3. I was kinda lost at first, I didn't know where to go, but I overheard others' conversation and followed them to the right belt. WOW! When I reached there, there were already lots of fans! I found my spot and sat there for like 2 and a half hours. At 5:30pm, a handsome airport staff came and told us that he was not sure if Super Junior would be exiting via the normal terminal and they received NO orders to put up barricades..... Oh well, ELFs continued to wait, and so did I. At 6:19pm(I checked the clock), 2 more airport staff came and told us that it was confirmed that Super Junior would not be exiting via the normal terminal. They never do, actually. It was really sad, it felt like SO CLOSE YET SO FAR! So I waited for while, and I actually saw some Mnet staffs, they were speaking in like Japanese/Korean, I didn't understand. So after that, I went home.

28Nov2011:

I went out to do the HAPPY BIRTHDAY ONEW project with my 2 friends, Gina and Sherelyn. We went to Macs at Kallang as KFC was just opposite it. So we stayed there for like hours to complete the board(which is now collecting dust in my room) and then we went out to take a pic with KFC, Sherelyn helped us take the photo. After that, we were on our way back to Macs and then this group of ppl came out. They obviously spotted the big "SHINee" on our board and one of them was like "Oh! SHINee! YAY!" It was really random, so we cheered too. I was a little further away, so I didn't hear what they said after that. Then one of the guys came over and showed a card around his neck to Gina and Gina was like "Oh! Mnet leh!" My eyes widened at the sentence. Then she proceeded to say "Got free tickets?" Well they didn't reply, and they headed for the car, I said "Bye! Nice to meet you!" and one of the lady said "Bye!" too. When I came out of Macs again, Sherelyn was like "Hey, why didn't you speak Korean to Koreans?" And I gave her the O.O look and she said "They Korean wat, they spoke just now." OMG! They were like damn freaking friendly. So after that, Sherelyn and I decided to go check out the Singapore Indoor Stadium since we were really close, and we walked a while to reach there. We saw many Koreans on our way there too. We finally reached the area outside of the stadium and there were this group of girls camping under shelter(it was drizzling okay!). They spotted us and asked "Excuse me, are you guys queuing for MAMA?" OMG! There's still a day and you're queuing alr?! Well apparently we didn't get the tickets, so we just shook our heads and said no. Then we head back home.

30Nov2011:

A day after MAMA, I felt really sad that I didn't get to see Ryeowook ): So I decided to try my luck at Marina Bay Sands. I reached MBS at 10:30 am and it was my first time, so I walked around. I even went up to the 41st floor of Tower 3! Then I came back down and walked around again. I spotted this "Fan Gazing" area right infront of the MAMA Hospitality Desk, there were fans there, so I decided to camp around too. I made a few friends :D The first special ppl I saw was Kim Hyun Joong's dancers, nothing much. Then after a while, Huh Gak came down! Almost everyone was clicking their way! He stood there for a really long time and he's really nice. He responded to our calls and even posed for a pic! I was little slow, but there's this girl who caught it on her polaroid cam! OMG! She let me take a picture of it, nice girl! :D After Huh Gak left, we saw YG dancers. They kept coming down and going up. AFTER THAT, APINK came down! At first, it was only 2 of them and when we first saw them we were like blanked and starred at them, they smiled and after a while, everyone decided to give chase. I didn't have paper with me, so I just took pictures of them, more like only Oh Ha Young. The polaroid girl tried taking pictures of her using the polaroid, but Ha Young was like "Er, no." and she did a cross with her fingers, so we can't take her pic publicly! So the security came and disperse the small crowd and the 2 headed for Guardian. I went back to my seat. Then the 2 came back again! OMG! They are seriously damn nice! They kept smiling at us! Then after that, at 1:36pm, the head of security came and tell us that everyone left, every single one headed for the airport, flight at 3pm. I wasn't really into the remaining ones(SUJU left the hotel at 6+am!) so I went home.

It was a really worth it trip though :D
